Dependable & personable nanny needed for an infant in Park Hill

LOCATION:  35th and Dexter, Park Hill, Denver

ABOUT THE KIDS:   A little lady welcomed in early June of this year

HOURS NEEDED:   Full-time Monday through Friday; minimally 140 hours per month, maximum 160 hours per month. Hours can vary week to week but the family can provide the schedule several weeks in advance. The nanny will be compensated for at least 140 hours per month. Hours exceeding 140, will be compensated extra for. Typically, the nanny will work 35 hours per week but never more than 40 hours. The exact schedule will be provided but the nanny needs to be available to provide childcare Monday through Friday 7 am to 5 pm. The nanny will not be needed all of these hours in a week. 

PAY RATE:   $17-$20 per hour, taxes are withheld 

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:   Additional duties are minimal; the nanny will be responsible for tidying up after the days’ activities, washing bottles and helping with the baby’s laundry occasionally. If the nanny wanted to cook for the family they would love it, but it’s not mandatory! 

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:   These easy going, new parents, are looking for a one-year commitment with a dependable and experienced nanny. This position starts October 2nd. The perfect candidate is someone who is experienced, confident and even willing to give Mom and Dad some pointers. Communication is super important! The nanny is encouraged to ask questions as well as have excellent communication skills in order for things to run without hiccups. Mom and Dad describe the perfect nanny as someone who is experienced, personable, dependable, confident, and communicative. Their daughter does best with a routine but does not have a strict eating/sleeping/playing regiment. The nanny must be a nonsmoker. A valid driver’s license is required but the nanny can use the family’s car for outings if preferred. Mom is currently breastfeeding and supplementing with formula. This sweet baby has no problems taking a bottle! Knowledge in breastmilk handling, storage and preparation is preferred. Wish list items include a Spanish speaking nanny and familiarity with baby sign- although not mandatory. 

COMMENTS:   The nanny must be current on vaccinations including an annual flu shot. Paid time of is offered. The family will compensate the nanny for anytime the nanny is not needed (I.E family vacations, etc.).
