LOCATION: N. Monaco Pkwy & E. 8th Ave., Montclair neighborhood in Denver
ABOUT THE FAMILY: This growing family is going through some transitions and unknowns. They know for sure they need a nanny and greatly value this person as a part of their family. The ideal person is flexible and capable of going with the flow. They are sad to be losing their longtime nanny who has become a part of their family. The previous nanny is more than willing to speak to applicants and vouch for how great this family is!
Transitions obviously include adding twins soon. Unknown is the amount of care needed for the oldest- it is to be determined based on what the nanny is comfortable with and how well she does at daycare.
ABOUT THE LITTLES: 2-year-old little girl and twins expected in March. The oldest has a spot in daycare. The exact number of days she attends is to be determined.
HOURS NEEDED: 47.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm.
PAY RATE: $25-$30 per hour, please inquire about taxes. The hourly rate determined by the number of children the nanny is caring for and daily responsibilities. Knowing this is a transitional period, the family is open to renegotiating pay after 6 months.
START DATE: As soon as possible!
COMMITMENT LENGTH: Minimally a year.
PETS: Comfortable with the family’s dog and cat.
VEHICLE/TRANSPORTATION NEEDS: A safe and reliable vehicle to use on the job is ideal. Mom’s vehicle is available if needed.
How can I help your family? If you can ask that question, and help facilitate, then you are the ideal fit!
- Trustworthy & communicative.
- Positive & confident.
- Invested in child development.
- Willing to assist with child related tasks such as tidying up, washing bottles, cleaning up after meals and snacks, etc.
- The perfect person is like a high level of a mother’s helper. They are proactive and able to jump in and help where needed.
- A rigid, set-in-your-ways type of nanny is not the right fit.
- Experience with twins is a plus!
BENEFITS: Guaranteed hours/salary, paid holidays, and additional PTO.
VACCINATION POLICY: Must be vaccinated for COVID, Tdap, and the flu.
DO THE PARENTS WORK FROM HOME: Mom works from home. The nanny needs to be comfortable working alone in addition to working as a team with the parents.
COMFORTABLE WITH A NANNY MOM: Due to the responsibilities, a nanny mom is not the right fit.
